Providing ongoing support to the Pitcher Partners Client Experience team for the past five years has enabled me to work on a wide variety of projects. These include day-to-day design requirements like proposals, tenders and reports, social media campaigns, forms, internal communications, eDMs, periodical client newsletters, advertisements and technical documents. As well as longer-term projects like a brand refresh and website design and production.
Playing a key role in the recent Pitcher Partners brand refresh, we developed a new look and feel along with a suite of design templates for National Firm use.
With a keen eye for detail and the drive to improve communication pieces, I am involved in strategy development, idea generation, problem-solving and final production. Working with multiple stakeholders on a single project means I have exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Developing good working relationships with stakeholders enables me to manage expectations and timelines, collecting clear and concise briefs and the ability to find a solution that stays within the parameters of the brief and the brand identity.
